Initially, I had been searching for a trap combo for quite some time, setting money aside from each paycheck. During my search, I came across Joel Etchen Guns. I reached out via email, and Matt spent about a week answering all of my questions about the Deluxe Trap Combo. When it came time to order, I completed the purchase over the phone and had the opportunity to speak with Matt, owner Joel Etchen, and Adam. It was truly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. Matt went above and beyond throughout the entire process. The order shipped the next day and arrived the following day. The combo is absolutely beautiful. They’ve earned a lifetime loyal customer. Pro tip for future customers: Before making your purchase, be sure to check and adjust your debit/credit card spending limits if needed—it will save you (and JEC) a potential headache. Thanks again, Matt, for all your help!
